Doggie Day Care

Posted by on May 17, 2015

Please Note

We do not accept dogs unseen and therefore have a Meet & Greet Policy

Both males and bitches attending The Canine Country Retreat must be castrated/spayed.

Doggie Day Care is an opportunity, for dogs that would otherwise be home alone, to socialise and play in a controlled/supervised environment with like minded anipals.

Feedback from our customers suggest that our Doggie Guest’s go home tired and content.

Our Doggie Day Care is Open Monday to Sunday

8 am until 6 pm

We can be flexible with these times by prior arrangement and at an additional charge.

We have used Fiona for over 7 months now, mostly during the week when we are both busy working, but also for weekends when we have been away. Fiona has always been so flexible and accommodating, especially with our long working hours and last minute requests.

Artemis, our Beagle cross, always has a waggy tail when she arrives at the Canine Country Retreat and she comes back thoroughly exhausted. It’s no wonder when she spends all day exploring the large enclosed garden (often digging holes- sorry Fiona!), playing with her doggy friends and going for country walks. There is always the option for her to relax on the sofa too, but why would she when there is so much fun to be had?!

I highly recommend Fiona and the services she offers. It is very reassuring, as a dog owner, that Artemis is so well looked after. It is sometimes hard to hand over your dog to someone else to look after, but they are in safe, experienced hands at The Canine Country Retreat.
